The top workplaces in the UK for 2026 have been unveiled, featuring positions with salaries reaching up to £100,000.

Glassdoor has announced the recipients of its Employees’ Choice Awards 2026, determined by feedback from employees.

Securing the first position is the software engineering company SAP, offering £57,000 to £89,000 for senior account executives.

SAP was commended for its flexible scheduling, generous vacation time, state-of-the-art technology, and emphasis on work-life balance.

Following closely in second place is Mastercard, recognized for its diverse workforce, excellent benefits, and embrace of a flexible remote work culture.

Managerial roles at Mastercard come with salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000.

Google secures the third position, offering £70,000 to £100,000 for software engineering roles. Employees praised Google for its competitive salaries, cutting-edge technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.
