Reality TV star Ella Rae Wise’s time in the Celebrity Big Brother house came to an end in a brutal triple eviction on Tuesday. In her exit interview she took a swipe at housemate Chris Hughes after the duo clashed a number of times on the ITV show.
Now, her TOWIE co-stars have rallied around her despite a mixed reaction by the public. On an Instagram post on Ella’s platform, a number of her pals lavished her in praise. The post read: “She wore her heart on her sleeve and stayed true to who she is. Ella’s Celebrity Big Brother journey may be over, but the friendships she’s made with Danny, Donna and Angellica will last a lifetime. Now she’s heading home to the friends and family in Essex she’s missed so much. #CBB“
And among those sharing positive vibes in the comments section was Lauren Goodger, who wrote: “Well done Ella , you did yourself proud.” Junaid Ahmed also penned: “So proud of you girl! You done amazing xxx”
In her chat with AJ Odudu and Will Best immediately after leaving the famous house, Ella, 24, took a savage swipe at Chris and JoJo Siwa. Speaking about Chris, she confessed: “I just feel like he never took the time out to get to know me as a person. At the end of the day it is what it is.”
She added: “I had a bit of outside information before I came into the house,” before saying she thought he’d be more willing to get to know her. Prior to the triple eviction, Ella had nominated Chris, claiming she’d had been told he “likes to play a massive game”.
Speaking to the hosts on the outside about Chris’ close bond with Dance Moms star JoJo, Ella continued: “I don’t think I was bothered, I think I can spot someone when they know what they’re doing and that they know what they’re going to gain from someone.
“JoJo’s a young girl and being in the industry I know about ‘latch ons’ and when someone’s trying to gain something from someone.” And she went on to question how genuine the connection is. “Ella said: “As time goes by it’s hard to say that it isn’t genuine because at the end of the day I wasn’t in both their pockets…
“And they were in each other’s beds every now and then apparently!”
Some fans weren’t impressed with the comments, though. One user on Twitter/X wrote: “So Ella apparently felt protective over JoJo… but said this after making a snarky comment over her and Chris being in bed together ?? So are you protecting her or trying to stir s*** ?? #CBBUK” #CBBLL #CBB“
Elsewhere on eviction night, Patsy Palmer and Angellica Bell were given their marching orders. Speaking on her up and down friendship with Patsy, Angellica revealed: “Patsy always treated me like a child.
“Not in a bad way but she always wanted to look after me, whereas I wanted to help as well. To be fair to Patsy, she had a difficult first week, bless her.”
