Samsung has officially announced that the new Galaxy S smartphones will be revealed later this month at the Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco on February 25. The lineup is expected to include the standard S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra models. The event will be live-streamed on the Samsung website at 6pm GMT for fans to watch.
Ahead of the launch, Samsung is offering incentives for those who register early. By signing up, fans can receive a £30 voucher for Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage when pre-ordering a new phone, and a chance to win one of 10 £500 Samsung vouchers.
Samsung has highlighted that the new smartphones are designed to enhance everyday experiences with integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. The company stated that the new Galaxy S series represents a significant advancement in the AI era, aiming to simplify interactions and seamlessly integrate Galaxy AI into users’ daily lives.
As anticipation builds for the Galaxy Unpacked event, retailers have started reducing prices on the current Galaxy S25 range to make room for the upcoming models. For instance, Sky Mobile now offers the S25 Ultra at £31 per month, down from £43, with potential savings of £432 over the contract period.
Customers can also find discounts on the standard S25 and S25 Ultra models at Amazon, with prices reduced to £639.20 and £999.20, respectively. These deals are available until February 24 or while stocks last.
