Apple has introduced a striking new MacBook called the MacBook Neo, offering a more affordable option for consumers. Priced at just £599, it is £500 cheaper than the latest M5-powered MacBook Air. Despite the lower cost, the MacBook Neo maintains a premium look and feel with features like a sleek aluminium design, a vibrant 13-inch Liquid Retina display, a durable 16-hour battery life, and a comfortable keyboard ideal for everyday use. Buyers can select from four attractive colors: Silver, Citrus, Indigo, and Blush.

To maintain affordability, Apple has equipped the Neo with the A18 Pro chip, typically found in their smartphones. Despite this, the laptop is capable of handling tasks such as web browsing, video editing, photo retouching, and streaming content smoothly. Sky has introduced a deal that further reduces the cost, offering the MacBook Neo on a 48-month contract for £12.50 per month, which includes a SIM card with 100MB of free data upon purchase with a £24 upfront payment. The total cost over the contract period amounts to £624, slightly more than buying the laptop outright.

For the 256GB model at £12.50 per month, Touch ID is not included. If Touch ID is desired, the 512GB version is available for £15 per month. The MacBook Neo is not limited to Sky as it is also available through major retailers like Argos, Currys, and Amazon.
