Fourth-ranked Felix Auger-Aliassime will lead the Canadian team in the upcoming Davis Cup qualifiers held in Quebec City next month. Tennis Canada has announced that he will be accompanied by Gabriel Diallo from Montreal, Liam Draxl from Newmarket, Ontario, and Duncan Chan from Markham, Ontario.

Canada, currently ranked 12th in the tournament, is set to face sixth-ranked France in a best-of-five tie at the Videotron Centre. The victorious team will secure a spot in the 2026 Davis Cup Finals scheduled for November.

In the previous round of qualifiers last February, Canada narrowly defeated Brazil with a score of 3-2. On the other hand, France secured their spot by defeating Slovakia with a 3-1 victory.
