ITV has announced a revamped broadcasting team for the 2026 season in partnership with the PDC. Luke Littler, the reigning world champion, is set to make his return to the darting arena after a remarkable triumph at Ally Pally.
As part of their new three-year contract with the PDC, ITV will showcase a lineup of prestigious darts events including the World Masters, UK Open, World Series of Darts Finals, European Championship, Players Championship Finals, and global World Series of Darts tournaments.
Pete Graves and Gabbie Partington from Sky Sports will headline ITV’s coverage, with Gabbie already preparing for the upcoming World Series of Darts events in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The punditry team for ITV features renowned names such as Wayne Mardle and Glen Durrant, along with Mark Webster and Chris Mason. Notably, the commentary team will see the addition of Mark Wilson alongside Dan Dawson and Ian Danter.
PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter expressed enthusiasm about the extended partnership with ITV, spanning over two decades, and the opportunity to bring exciting dart events to UK viewers. Niall Sloane, ITV Director of Sport, emphasized the commitment to offer top-notch live darts coverage for British fans and the extension of collaboration with the PDC until 2028.
Darts enthusiasts can look forward to the Bahrain Darts Masters commencing soon, where reigning champion Stephen Bunting faces Ryusei Azemoto in a title defense match, while Luke Littler takes on Paul Lim in the competition’s opening round.
Sky has introduced discounted rates for its Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle for the 2025/26 season, providing savings of £336 and airing over 1,400 live matches across various leagues including the Premier League and EFL. The Sky package now includes a higher number of live Premier League games, Formula 1 races, golf tournaments, and darts matches.
