Ronaldo, in partnership with Herbalife, a leading health and wellness company, discussed the importance of motivation and resilience as part of their collaboration to unveil the 10 essential performance principles.

Herbalife, working with elite performers such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Olympians, nutritionists, and former military personnel, has introduced The Performance Principles. These principles aim to equip individuals with the necessary tools to excel daily and reach their peak performance.

As a brand ambassador for Herbalife, Ronaldo emphasized that high performance requires self-belief, discipline, and resilience. He highlighted that while talent provides potential, it is hard work and self-confidence that truly matter. According to Ronaldo, feeling pressure is a crucial aspect of pushing oneself to new limits.

The Performance Principles, launched by Herbalife, encompass the core tenets that drive success in various fields. Additionally, Rajinder Singh MBE, known as the “Skipping Sikh,” a 77-year-old fitness icon, shared his perspective on motivation and discipline. Singh emphasized the importance of giving one’s best effort every day, regardless of age or obstacles, and highlighted the significance of discipline, resilience, and purpose in making a positive impact on oneself and others.

Recent research by IPSOS revealed a significant cultural shift among Brits towards self-improvement. The study found that many individuals are actively striving for personal growth, with a notable percentage focusing on leaving their past behind for new opportunities. Moreover, a considerable number of Brits are using criticism as motivation to prove doubters wrong. While social media influencers can create pressure to excel, a majority of Brits are driven by a desire for control over their lives, indicating a shift towards self-mastery and establishing routines.
