Virgin Media is offering a new service known as Smart Support to all its internet customers in the UK at no extra charge. This upgrade provides 24/7 support to ensure a seamless online experience year-round.

Smart Support automatically monitors broadband performance and promptly assists customers facing speed or connectivity issues. It offers instant recommendations to troubleshoot problems, aiming to prevent disruptions during activities like streaming or remote work.

Additionally, Virgin Media can remotely apply fixes and updates overnight to avoid disrupting daytime usage. Customers may receive suggestions for WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades for enhanced whole-home coverage, with the option to request an engineer at no additional cost for more complex issues.

Gareth Lister, the Director of Connectivity at Virgin Media O2, emphasized the importance of reliable connectivity and the network’s ability to address issues swiftly. Smart Support is part of the company’s commitment to keeping customers connected efficiently.

Virgin Media has confirmed that Smart Support is being rolled out to all customers as a standard service, reflecting its dedication to customer satisfaction.
