The upcoming Masters Champions Dinner, known as the most exclusive event in golf, is just around the corner. Rory McIlroy, the defending champion, recently revealed the menu for the prestigious gathering. Among the appetizers are Rosie’s dates stuffed with goat’s cheese, a dish inspired by McIlroy’s mother.

McIlroy secured the Green Jacket 11 months ago after a thrilling final round victory over Justin Rose. As part of his champion privileges, McIlroy will host the iconic dinner at Augusta National next month, with Scottie Scheffler expected to adhere to his own guidelines.

The Masters Club Dinner, scheduled for the Tuesday of tournament week, features an exquisite menu curated by the reigning champion. This year, guests can choose between Wagyu Filet Mignon and seared salmon for the main course. Only Green Jacket winners are granted access to this exclusive event.

The tradition allows each defending champion to select the menu for the dinner. Scottie Scheffler’s 2025 menu included starters like cheeseburger sliders and firecracker shrimp, with a humorous nod to a past mishap. The evening continued with a Texas-style chili followed by wood-fired cowboy ribeye or blackened redfish as the main course, concluding with warm chocolate chip skillet cookies and vanilla bean ice cream.

Previous champions have showcased their culinary preferences at the dinner. Hideki Matsuyama’s Japanese-themed menu in 2022 received high praise, while Sir Nick Faldo opted for a simple fish and chips meal in the past. Despite occasional quirky menus, the event holds sentimental value for the participants, fostering camaraderie and reminiscing about past victories and moments.
