Fans have shown great enthusiasm to spot the show’s stars, Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie. Recently, sightings of the duo in downtown Toronto led to excitement among fans, with Hudson Williams causing a stir by carrying a Canadian Tire reusable bag.
Since its debut in late 2025, the queer hockey romance has garnered a global fan base for Williams and Storrie, propelling them to newfound fame in the Canadian TV scene. However, the actors have been conscious about setting boundaries with admirers and photographers. An incident involving alleged autograph-sellers confronting Williams in Paris surfaced last month, underscoring the challenges faced by the stars.
“Heated Rivalry” is not the only production drawing attention in Toronto. Sarah Polley’s film adaptation of “The Bell Jar,” featuring pop sensation Billie Eilish, is also generating buzz.
