Freeview is facing uncertainty as more households are transitioning to streaming services, potentially leading to a decline in traditional aerial usage. Adding to the challenge, a new competitor has emerged in the market, offering a diverse range of viewing options.

The Manhattan Aero 4K TV Streamer, powered by Freely, enables consumers to access live content online rather than relying on conventional aerial signals. The device gained significant popularity upon its recent release, quickly selling out in stores. Manhattan has now replenished its stock to meet the high demand.

In a new development, the Aero now includes HBO Max in its lineup, consolidating content from HBO, Max Originals, Warner Bros., DC, and more within a single app. This addition enhances the Aero’s entertainment offerings, although access to HBO Max requires a separate subscription starting at £4.99 per month.

For those seeking cost-effective options, the Aero continues to provide a wide array of free content through Freely, including over 50 live TV channels, on-demand programs, voice search, personalized recommendations, a comprehensive TV guide, and the ability to pause live TV.

Alex Arbab-Zadeh, Manhattan’s COO, expressed satisfaction with the Aero’s return and the addition of HBO Max, emphasizing the product’s value and entertainment options. The Manhattan Aero 4K TV Streamer with Freely is now available for £89.99 at retailers such as Currys, Argos, and John Lewis.
